Requirements and responsibilities


• Research market data to determine and report upon competitive practices for base salaries, bonuses, commissions, recognition rewards, allowances, and other pay practices in the United States and non-US labor markets (i.e., 35+ countries) • Support the evaluation of jobs, creation of job families, documentation of job descriptions, and salary survey job-matching • Create and build ongoing compensation reports to track internal compensation pay practices and trends; provide recommendation and solutions to address any concerns • Support the company-wide Compensation Review Process by partnering with HRIS on Workday user interface and reporting setups • Assist with the design and build of compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation program decisions and forecast/model, report, and/or analyze compensation business outcomes • Partner with HRBPs and leadership team to support the Career Ladders Project • Perform Workday administrative functions including compensation data loads and semi-annual upgrade support.
