Requirements and responsibilities


• Administer employee insurance programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, group accident, commuter, hospital indemnity, critical illness, FSAs, HSAs, Twic, Maven, Financial Elements and 401(k) • Serve as the primary resource for employee questions regarding benefits, especially for Skin Specialty Solutions and Personalized Skin Solutions. • Ensure all stakeholders are current on benefits based compliance trends, ex. Converting employee from PT to FT based on hours worked; Ensure enrollment accuracy of all programs including auditing enrollment, payroll deductions, reporting, etc. • Assist with open enrollment for employees; selection of plans, manage open enrollment platforms for employees to elect plans, develop communication campaigns to inform employees, and then update the HRIS/Payroll employee selections. • Manage and maintain Ease enrollment platform for Personalized Skin Solutions employees ensuring all enrollments are committed with carriers • Maintain payroll hours for ACA tracking purposes for Ease enrollment platform • Manage and maintain CultureAmp Survey platform for employees. • Manage the logistical aspects of the benefits onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing new hire or exiting staff information, conducting new hire orientations and benefits offboarding conversations, and ensuring completion of needed documentation • Facilitate the Benefits new hire orientation session for Skin Specialty Solutions and Personalized Skin Solutions • Complete records, reporting, and other documentation required by federal, state, and provider rules, regulations, and policies. • Complete Employment Verifications internal and externally • Repond to all Employer agency mail filings • Quarterly San Francisco location reporting in partnership with internal Tax Manager • Other duties, responsibilities and activities, as needed.
