Requirements and responsibilities


• Drive Partnership Growth: The Partnership PSM will primarily be responsible for proactive outreach to select target Canva partners, leading discussions to evangelise the benefits of adding new templates, promoting different marketing campaigns and launching new features to drive more awareness to our partner sites and increase the revenue Canva gets via Design Revenue share.. The role will also work closely with the Strategic Partnership colleagues, on collaborations with our most important significant relationships. • Own the ongoing success of Canva partnership relationships: Once brought into Canva’s partnership ecosystem, the Partnership PAM will work alongside our Sales and engineering team to continue to grow and foster the relationship with each of our Tier 1 and Tier 2 Partners. The Partnership PAM will ensure that existing partners are informed of all new features and upcoming product releases, and are set up for success with their integrations. The Partnership PAM will also be a primary point of contact for partner enquiries, information requests, and ongoing communication relating to Canva templates, new features and customer feedback. • Be a cross-functional hero: Partnerships Account Managers must continually build strong relationships and work across the entire Canva organisation to achieve their mission. The successful candidate will be communicating directly with Canva’s wider Partnerships team, the print team, keeping updated on releases from Product, ensuring compliance of partners alongside our Legal team, whilst liaising closely on partner enquiries with our Customer Happiness Team (just to name a few internal stakeholders!). • Please note there will be circa 35% travel required for this role.
