We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Fast Formula Consultant with strong expertise in Fast Formulas and enhancement tracking (CET/custom tools).Key SkillsStrong experience in Oracle HCM CloudHands-on expertise in Fast Formulas (Payroll, Compensation, Absence, Benefits)Experience with Client Enhancement Tool (CET) or similar tracking tools (JIRA/ServiceNow)Good understanding of HCM modules & business processesExperience in enhancements, debugging, and production supportExposure to HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports (good to have)ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Fast FormulasHandle custom enhancements and tracking using CET or similar toolsWork closely with functional and business teamsTroubleshoot and resolve production issuesEnsure proper documentation and governance of changesInterested candidates can share their profiles at: chaitanya.m@bluemojosolutions.com
