Every project you take on will contribute to how businesses tell their stories visually, helping us set the standard for visual content worldwide.About the role:As Snappr continues its global expansion, maintaining operational excellence across finance and administration is key to scaling efficiently. As a Finance Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting process improvements, and strengthening the backbone of our operations. You’ll own the financial accuracy and integrity of our day-to-day operations, oversee our Manila-based Finance & Accounting Specialist, review and approve financial transactions, and serve as the connective layer between on-the-ground finance execution and the CEO.What you'll do:Maintain accurate records of company expenses, payables, and receivablesSupport the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecastsCoordinate and monitor procurement, vendor management, and administrative expensesPrepare management reports on cost efficiency, budget adherence, and operational performanceSupport compliance with tax, audit, and internal policy requirementsPartner with the CEO to develop and improve financial controls and reporting frameworksManage and issue equity to stakeholders on a quarterly basisOversee and review the work of the Finance & Accounting Specialist, ensuring accuracy across invoices, payables, receivables, and expense recordsReview and approve financial transactions, ensuring invoices are coded correctly and routed to the right placeContribute to continuous improvement projects in financial operationsProvide any other finance and administrative support as neededHustle - take ownership of Snappr’s growth and do whatever it takes to get the job doneWhat you'll need:At least 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operationsProficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsExcellent attention to detail, organization, and time managementExperience reviewing or overseeing the work of others in a finance or accounting contextClear communicator — you’ll collaborate daily with a Manila-based team and need to be direct and organized in writingGrit, ownership, and a proactive attitude - you get things done and find ways to improve themFluency in written and spoken EnglishA "let's get it done" mindsetMust be based in the United States; PST alignment requiredJob benefits:Base salary ($70k - $85k) plus equityHealth insurancePaid Time OffCompany Equity
