- Own the end-to-end delivery of AI product initiatives, from scoping, wire-framing, and roadmap through launch and iteration.
- Turn ambiguous AI ideas into clear plans: milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, ML/data, product, support, compliance) and keep everyone aligned and unblocked.
- Run the operating rhythm: standups, sprint/release planning, status reporting, and risk tracking for AI workstreams.
- Translate between technical and business stakeholders; communicate progress, trade-offs, and risks clearly to leadership.
- Define and track KPIs for AI features (adoption, accuracy/quality, latency, cost, business impact) and drive decisions from the data.
- Manage delivery risk unique to AI: data readiness, model evaluation, safe rollout, and monitoring in production.
- Ensure AI features meet the reliability, security, and compliance bar expected in a telecom/billing environment.
- Coordinate vendors and third-party AI/LLM providers where relevant.
