As we continue to expand across retail, ecommerce, and new product categories, we're looking for a Senior Packaging Designer to help scale and maintain our growing portfolio.In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day design needs across Beam’s packaging portfolio and retail presence, supporting everything from formula updates and compliance packaging revisions to retail launches, in-store merchandising, signage, out-of-home, events, and sales materials. You’ll help ensure Beam shows up consistently and thoughtfully across every retail touchpoint, whether it’s on shelf, at an event, or in market.This role is ideal for someone who loves the intersection of design, systems, and execution.
