We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Release Manager to manage and coordinate application releases, enhancements, fixes, and BW releases / ER & OR changes across OutSystems environments.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in OutSystems deployment, release management, change management, CI/CD, and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to manage multiple releases while ensuring governance, quality, and deployment stability.Key ResponsibilitiesRelease Planning & ManagementPlan, schedule, and coordinate releases across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle for OutSystems applications.Maintain deployment schedules and coordinate multiple concurrent releases.Ensure releases comply with governance and change management processes.Prioritize deployment activities for ER and OR changes.OutSystems Environment ManagementManage application deployments using OutSystems Lifetime and Service Center.Maintain environment consistency and deployment readiness.Coordinate environment refreshes, upgrades, and patch activities.Change & Risk ManagementConduct release readiness reviews and go/no-go assessments.Identify deployment risks and prepare mitigation and rollback plans.Manage change requests and ensure required approvals are obtained.Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with developers, architects, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, business, and operations teams.Communicate release schedules, status, risks, and issues.Lead release planning meetings and deployment war rooms when required.Coordinate post-release validation and support.CI/CD & DevOpsSupport and improve CI/CD pipelines for OutSystems deployments.Automate deployment and release processes wherever possible.Work with DevOps teams to improve release efficiency and reliability.Maintain deployment documentation and SOPs.Incident & Problem ManagementTroubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate resolution.Monitor post-release application stability.Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for release-related incidents.Incorporate lessons learned into future release planning.Required Skills5+ years in Release Management, Application Deployment, DevOps, or Application Delivery2+ years of OutSystems experienceOutSystems Lifetime & Service CenterOutSystems application deployment and environment managementSDLC, Agile & DevOps methodologiesChange Management & ITIL processesCI/CD – Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similarRelease planning, risk management & rollback planningProduction deployment & incident managementStrong stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skillsIf interested please DM your resume here or ashutosh.m@otyms.com
