The Clinical Manager also leads and contributes to key initiatives aimed at improving clinical care and launching new programs.This is a remote position with up to 25% travel required for trainings, meetings, and other business needs. At this time we are only considering applicants in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington, with a preference for candidates based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.What you’ll doSupervise interdisciplinary team members, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, and Medical AssistantsParticipate in strategic planning to shape the future direction of clinical care deliveryLead and contribute to key initiatives focused on improving clinical care, quality, and launching new programsIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve clinical workflow issues that negatively impact care quality or operational outcomesEnsure adequate and efficient patient care coverageSupport the achievement of KPIs assigned to the care delivery team and perform annual performance reviewsCollaborate with Providers and multidisciplinary professional staff to enhance patient care, implement change and develop process improvementsProvide leadership in the areas of conflict resolution, mentoring, skilled decision making, time management, adaptability and dedicationProvide direct patient care delivery as needed to support organizational goalsDevelopment of and assist in onboarding of newly hired clinical staff (RN, SW, Provider, MA)Ensure team regulatory compliance (state license renewal, certification check-offs, etc.)Travel up to 25% of the time may be required for training, meetings, and other business needsYour experience and qualificationsWilling and able to work Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific Time, with flexibility for potential evenings and weekendsActive, unrestricted RN license with the ability to obtain California licensure within 6 months of hire, plus ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed2 years of people management experience5 years in a direct care delivery role as a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in palliative care, hospice care, or complex care managementStrong understanding of cultural competency with the target populationProven, results-driven leader with experience in change management in rapid-growth environmentsStrong organizational and independent working skillsExcellent communication and motivational skills, including conflict resolution techniquesPrevious experience working remotely with proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications. Salesforce experience is a plusPreferred qualificationsCHPN certificationCompensation & benefitsSalary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually. Pay for this position will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to: your prior experience and skills related to the position, geographic location, company needs, and current market demands.California Salary Range: Due to state-specific market demands, the salary range for California is higher and falls between $100,000 - $125,000 annually.Great humans deserve great benefits!
