Position Title: Automation Support SpecialistWork Arrangements: RemoteWork Schedule: Full-TimeWe are looking for a hands-on Automation Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role ensures seamless day-to-day operations and provides technical support across multiple teams and workflows. You will play a key role in maintaining system efficiency, optimizing automation, and supporting smooth customer onboarding and delivery tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, prioritize, and track operational and technical tasks.Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot reported issues.Monitor, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using tools such as Activepieces, Make, and n8n.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion and process alignment.Build, maintain, and update reports and dashboards to track performance and progress.Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth delivery operations.Maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and process updates for continuous improvement.Experience RequirementsPrior experience in an operational or technical support role preferred.Experience collaborating across departments in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.Technical SkillsProficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as Notion, Google Sheets, Trello, or equivalent platforms.Familiarity with automation tools like Activepieces, Make, n8n, or Zapier.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and identify process improvements.Nice to Have: Knowledge of SQL, Python, or API integrations.AbilitiesExcellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote environment.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).Application ProcessIf you are passionate about driving operational efficiency and supporting teams through technical solutions, we encourage you to apply.
