This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable traveling from project to project, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing structured cabling, rack and stack operations, cable tray installations, and general low-voltage/data center infrastructure while leading field teams and coordinating with customers, general contractors, and site leadership.ResponsibilitiesTravel nationwide to support active data center construction projects.Manage multiple crews performing structured cabling and infrastructure installations.Coordinate daily activities with customers, superintendents, and project stakeholders.Oversee installation of:Fiber optic and copper structured cablingRack and Stack installationsBasket tray and ladder rack systemsOverhead cable pathwaysCable management systemsPatch panels and cabinet build-outsGeneral low-voltage infrastructureMonitor project schedules, manpower, and production goals.Conduct quality control inspections and ensure installations meet customer specifications.Review blueprints, floor plans, cable schedules, and project drawings.Resolve field issues and communicate project updates to management.Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and onboarding of field technicians.Travel to projects as needed to support mobilization, production, and closeout activities.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience managing data center or mission-critical construction projects.Strong background in:Structured CablingFiber OpticsRack & StackBasket Tray InstallationLadder Rack SystemsCable Routing & ManagementData Center InfrastructureExperience supervising field technicians and subcontractors.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Strong leadership and communication skills.Comfortable working in active construction environments.Ability to travel 100% nationwide.Valid driver's license and ability to fly regularly.
