It is governed by our proprietary moderation system, EverGuard — an internal AI designed to ensure everything we build is safe, ethical, and human-first.This role is built differently: we're hiring an Analyst who does more than produce the recommendation. You'll frame the problem, build the model, pressure-test your own conclusions, and take the result directly to the people who'll act on it — with as few layers as possible.You'll work directly with our founders and Executive team on a product already used by more than 50 million people.
