We are building Brazil’s first self-driving bank: a financial institution that operates autonomously, with decisions powered by data and systems designed to work seamlessly for the customer.Our team is responsible for developing the financial infrastructure that makes this possible. We build and operate systems for the full lifecycle management of CDBs, integration with CETIP/B3, regulatory data systems for the Central Bank of Brazil, accounting, and blockchain integration.This is a high-responsibility environment where precision and security are non-negotiable.What You'll Do:Develop and maintain Rust-based features across credit, investments, and regulatory compliance domainsWrite SQL queries in PostgreSQLContribute to unit and integration tests, helping maintain code quality and coverageWork closely with the team on code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentationInvestigate and fix bugs in critical production flowsWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Experience with, or strong interest in, statically typed programming languages, especially RustSolid understanding of databases and SQLAbility to read and understand other people’s code, not just write your ownStrong attention to detail and a careful mindset, especially in environments where mistakes have real financial impactNice to Have:Experience with RustBackground in financial systems, fintech, or regulation (BACEN, CVM, CETIP/B3)Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or messaging systemsExperience with observability tools such as tracing, metrics, Prometheus, or SentryExperience with Kubernetes or cloud environments, especially GCP
