We at Genisys are urgently hiring a Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Solution Architect (15+ years) to lead a global Oracle HCM Compensation & ORC implementation. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution architecture for 4D compensation structures, EU Pay Transparency compliance, and cross-module Oracle HCM integrations.Key Requirements:15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Compensation & ORC architecture, including 4D compensation design (LDG, Job Family, Job Function, Grade).Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing Grade Structures, Grade Rates, Internal Pay Composites, and automated Midpoint Calculation logic.Strong ORC customization experience — Automated Salary Range Fetching, Job DFF Logic, Dynamic Requisition Population & Background Concatenation RulesProven ability to define Cross-Module Integration Strategy across Core HR, Compensation & Recruiting (REST/SOAP APIs, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, BI Publisher/OTBI).Experience with Market Benchmarking Integrations (WTW/Willis Towers Watson or equivalent compensation platforms).Solid knowledge of EU Pay Transparency regulations and global compensation compliance frameworksDFF/EFF configuration expertise with strong data migration and validation framework experience.Ability to lead Customer Workshops, CRPs, Architecture Reviews, and provide governance through Implementation & Hypercare phases.Proven track record in Risk & Dependency Management, executive stakeholder communication, and leading distributed global teamsRedwood UI awareness with Oracle best-practice-aligned solution design.
