Built on over 35 years of experience, they partner closely with clients to deliver practical, high-value improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be responsible for re-engaging past clients and generating new business opportunities through targeted cold outreach. This role emphasizes high-touch, high-volume engagement strategies to build meaningful connections and drive pipeline growth. You will work closely with the company’s President, playing a key role in expanding revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in personalized outreach, and experienced in building meaningful connections—not just sending mass messages. Benefits: Competitive salary Strong support system Health benefit ($30/month) Training materials for upskilling provided Paid holiday leaves (depending on the holidays that the client observes) Paid sick leaves (sick leave convertible to cash if perfect attendance) Paid planned leaves Key Responsibilities: Outbound Prospecting & Client Re-Engagement Execute structured outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to re-engage existing and past clients Conduct cold outreach to identify and connect with new prospects Build targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles Deliver personalized, high-touch messaging tailored to each prospect Lead Qualification & Follow-Ups Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess interest and fit Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and outreach sequences Qualify opportunities and move them through the pipeline Appointment Setting & Sales Coordination Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads with detailed notes and context Collaborate directly with the President (RJ) to align outreach strategy and priorities Campaign Development & Optimization Build, test, and improve outbound campaigns and messaging strategies Continuously refine outreach approaches based on response rates and performance Leverage AI tools to enhance personalization and efficiency CRM & Tools Management Accurately log and manage all interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Maintain organized and up-to-date pipeline data Utilize communication and outreach tools effectively to track engagement Performance Tracking & Reporting Meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, qualified leads, and booked appointments Track performance metrics such as response rates, conversions, and pipeline growth Provide regular updates and insights to leadership Additional Support Assist with LinkedIn outreach and light content creation when needed Perform ad hoc tasks to support sales and business development efforts Requirements 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation Proven track record in cold outreach and appointment setting Strong English communication skills (written and verbal; confident on calls) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platforms Comfortable using AI tools to support outreach and productivity Strong research, organization, and time management skills Ability to work independently and deliver results in a performance-driven environment Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants. Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country’s equivalent), is required before onboarding.
