Requirements and responsibilities

General Summary:Under general direction of the Manager, IT Collaboration and Productivity Services, this position will be responsible for developing, debugging, testing, and implementing technical solutions, based on reviewed requirements and designs. Using existing and emerging technologies, particularly on, but not limited to, the agency's Microsoft/Office 365 platform applications Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow, and Power BI. And other productivity, collaboration, and document management applications such as Teams, SharePoint Online as needed, in alignment with Agency governance and standards.This role collaborates with end users and cross departmental IT and business teams to build and implement new systems to solve business problems and help focus and align IT services and business needs. This is a hands -on technical role.Required Licenses or Certifications:Microsoft 365 Certified: FundamentalsMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst AssociateITIL v3 or v4 Certification.
