Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in AI Prompt Engineering, specifically with Claude, to build and maintain integrations with various platforms. This role involves driving AI-driven data orchestration and analytics, designing and optimizing prompts for client workflows, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects. This role starts part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time during US business hours, with weekly payment. Key Responsibilities: - Design and optimize prompts for Claude to support AI-driven features, client data processing, and automated insights. - Develop and maintain APIs and backend services that connect PathFinder with third-party platforms (e.g., Segment, HubSpot, Salesforce, PostHog). - Contribute to our React.js-based frontend UI for clients to interact with dashboards and insights. - Build and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines for AI models and customer data processing. - Collaborate with Customer Success to support onboarding configurations and client data needs. - Troubleshoot bugs, develop patches, and ensure production reliability. - Improve CI/CD workflows for faster, more reliable deployments. - Implement logging, monitoring, and observability best practices. - Manage context windows, prompt versioning, and LLM output guardrails for production-grade AI features. Key Qualifications: - 3+ years experience in full stack development (Node.js, React.js). - Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for Claude (Anthropic), including iterative prompt testing, few-shot prompting, and chain-of-thought techniques. - Proven experience with API integrations and data platforms like Segment.io. - Strong understanding of database design, data pipelines, and analytics tooling. - Familiarity with cloud-native development, security best practices, and scalable architecture. - Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in debugging production issues.
