Requirements and responsibilities


About the Role: - This role focuses on lead management, CRM execution, SMS/email outreach, follow-up, and opportunity qualification. - You will play a key role in helping the business scale by keeping conversations organized, identifying motivated opportunities, and ensuring no lead slips through the cracks. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Sales Development: - Run daily SMS and email campaigns via GoHighLevel (GHL). - Respond quickly to inbound messages from real estate agents. - Manage multiple conversations across SMS and email. - Keep discussions active and moving forward. - Build rapport while staying professional. - Follow up with warm, cold, and past leads. - Re-engage older leads and stale opportunities. Opportunity Qualification: - Collect and document key deal details: property address, asking price, seller expectations, motivation level, timeline to sell, property condition, occupancy status, and agent notes. CRM Management (GoHighLevel): - Create and update opportunities for all active leads. - Apply tags, notes, and pipeline stages accurately. - Keep all records clean, organized, and actionable. - Ensure follow-up tasks are completed on time. - Maintain accurate communication history inside the CRM. Campaign Support & Systems Execution: - Assist with SMS and email marketing campaigns. - Support follow-up automations and outreach systems. - Help improve campaign organization and response flow. - Flag important conversations or urgent opportunities for ownership review. Team Communication & Reporting: - Provide daily updates on activity and progress. - Track KPIs and completed tasks. - Communicate clearly through Slack, Zoom, and internal systems. - Participate in onboarding and team meetings as needed. What We're Looking For: - Strong written and conversational English. - Experience in sales, lead generation, SDR, appointment setting, or lead management. - Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms. - Strong follow-up discipline and responsiveness. - Ability to manage multiple conversations at once. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Comfortable learning new systems quickly. - Able to work independently and follow clear processes. Preferred Skills: - Real estate experience. - Familiarity with wholesaling terminology. - Understanding of ARV, rehab, offers, and investment conversations. - Experience with SMS-based lead generation. - Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams. Tools & Platforms: - GoHighLevel (CRM). - SMS & Email Systems. - Slack. - Zoom. - Google Workspace. - Spreadsheets / Data Tools. - Additional tools may be introduced during onboarding.
