We're hiring for several 100% remote opportunities with a growing U.S. pet grooming franchise:Dispatcher & Scheduler Lead — $1,800–$2,000/monthDispatcher & Appointment Setter — $1,500/month + bonusesCustomer Service & Scheduling Specialist — $1,500–$1,800/monthDispatcher & Appointment Setter — $1,500/month + bonuses & incentivesIf you're excellent on the phone, confident handling objections, and know how to turn a customer conversation into a booked appointment, we want to hear from you!⭐ We're looking for candidates with:Strong phone-based experience — customer service, inside sales, appointment setting, dispatching, etc.Excellent English communication — clear, professional, and confidentObjection-handling skills — you know how to keep a conversation moving toward a solutionOutstanding attention to detail — especially when managing schedules, customer information, and appointmentsExperience with dispatching, scheduling, or appointment setting is highly valuedBonus points if you've worked in HVAC, medical/healthcare scheduling, pet care, home services, or another service-based industry.⚠️ Important: These are not passive customer service roles. We're looking for people who are comfortable speaking with customers, asking the right questions, handling concerns and objections, recommending services, and confidently closing the appointment.
