Sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and keeping everything running behind the scenes so the right candidates land in front of the right clients.What you'll be doing:Sourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn RecruiterScreening, interviewing, and shortlisting for client rolesCoordinating interviews and VA introduction callsManaging HR admin, contracts, onboarding, and candidate recordsWhat we need from you:Proven recruitment or HR administration experienceStrong communication skills, written and verbalExperience with Zoho, LinkedIn Recruiter, Teams, and ZoomCape Town-basedYour own reliable setup including fibre and backup power (load shedding is not an excuse around here 😄)We are a close-knit remote team who take the work seriously but don't take ourselves too seriously.
