Shadowgate Partners is growing, and I’m looking for two Sourcing Specialists to join the team:🇺🇸 1 x Sourcing Specialist - US team (Remote, or Northern Virginia office)🇦🇺 1 x Sourcing Specialist - Australian team (Remote, or Canberra office)These aren’t traditional high-volume recruitment roles. We don't operate like that here.We work in the Intelligence and Space sectors, where finding the right people often means finding the person who isn’t actively looking, understanding what they’ve actually done, and knowing how to engage them properly.We headhunt. We build targeted pipelines. We speak to people doing genuinely interesting work.You’ll work closely with our consulting team, and report to our Head of Sourcing to identify and engage highly cleared professionals, build talent pipelines around live and emerging programs, screen for technical and program fit, and help turn difficult searches into great hires.For AustraliaCurrent NV2 clearance minimumWillingness to upgrade clearance where requiredExperience in sourcing/recruitment, ideally within Defence, Government, Intelligence or adjacent industriesStrong written communication and the ability to engage passive candidatesFor the USTS/SCI with Poly strongly preferredExperience sourcing cleared professionals across Defence / Intelligence / GovernmentStrong written communication and LinkedIn Recruiter experienceFor both roles, I’m much more interested in how you think, how you communicate and how good you are at finding people than ticking every box on a CV.We’re building something pretty special at Shadowgate.
