About the job Rippling Implementation SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking a Rippling Implementation Specialist to support one of our clients with a full system setup. This is a short-term contract role ideal for someone with deep knowledge of Rippling and a strong background in HRIS implementations. Youll be responsible for executing the configuration, setup, and initial training to ensure a smooth launch.This is a remote role. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute end-to-end Rippling implementationConfigure modules including onboarding, offboarding, time off policies, custom workflows, app integrations, and reporting dashboardsProvide guidance and best practices on structuring HR, Payroll, and Benefits within RipplingConduct client walkthroughs and training sessionsCollaborate with the client and internal team to identify needs and ensure timely deliveryTroubleshoot and resolve setup issues as neededDeliver final documentation and support transition to maintenance phaseRequirementsProven experience implementing Rippling for companies (minimum 2 full implementations preferred)Strong understanding of HR systems, workflows, and data migrationExcellent project management and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExperience with other HRIS tools is a plusContract Type:Project-based Flexible schedule, remote workCompetitive hourly/project rate based on experienceHow to ApplyIf youre a Rippling expert looking to take on a meaningful implementation project, apply today with your resume and relevant experience.
