We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialists to support the ongoing evaluation and improvement of an AI-powered Search Tool. The platform delivers paying customers with accurate, up-to-date, verified, and relevant information sourced from trusted news organizations and credible information providers.As a QA Specialist, you will conduct structured daily testing to ensure the AI consistently meets high standards for accuracy, freshness, relevance, neutrality, and source credibility. Your feedback will directly contribute to enhancing the quality and reliability of the product.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled (daily) quality assurance testing of the AI Search Tool.Evaluate AI-generated responses for:Accuracy and factual correctnessRelevance to user queriesSource credibility and verificationTimeliness and freshness of informationNeutrality and absence of biasIdentify inconsistencies, errors, hallucinations, or missing information.Document findings clearly and report issues following established QA procedures.Adhere to testing guidelines and quality standards.Collaborate with the QA team to communicate observations and recommend improvements.Maintain confidentiality while handling internal testing materials.Preferred QualificationsFluency in at least one of the following languages: Urdu, Arabic, Thai, Malay, Farsi (Persian)Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar AI platforms.Understanding of Quality Assurance principles or experience in QA, content review, software testing, or data validation.Strong awareness of international news, current affairs, economics, and global events.Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to identify factual inaccuracies, bias, outdated information, and content quality issues.Strong written communication skills for documenting findings and reporting issues.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.Preferred ExperienceExperience in AI evaluation, content moderation, fact-checking, journalism, research, or quality assurance.Familiarity with search engines, information retrieval, or AI-generated content evaluation is an advantage.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring information quality.
