If you have the resources for reaching out or offering available positions to Truck Drivers such as facebook, linkedin, job board access,truck driver group networks,etc This will be a great fit for you. We also have a training program for those interested in becoming an Independent Referral Agent/CDL Truck Driver Placement Specialist.Opening for an experienced independent truck driver recruiting agent to join in referring qualified truck drivers for great CDL A driving positions. The referral agent will be prequalifying truck drivers and owner operators then referring them for processing to start great trucking positions. The referral agent will need to have abilities and resources to network and reach Truck Drivers for offering and explaining the benefits of working on our customer accounts in a professional manner..The ideal candidate will have strong phone skills, excellent organizational abilities. He/she should be familiar with and have a true interest in the trucking industry for truly helping drivers as well as for your own success.Requirements: Valid state IDYour own laptop or computer with internet service and a phone for making and receiving calls with drivers.Must have a Dedicated quiet work space for qualifying applicants and working remotelyCDL A Driver Recruiting, Trucking Industry customer service or call center experience preferredMust be a people person, caring and a good listener and empathetic for helping with CDL A Driver opportunities.Excellent time management abilities and good work ethicsMinimum weekly requirements 15-20 hours1099 pay as independent contractor , commission pay per driver hireMust be dependable and honest , be able to pass a background check and drug screen.Excellent position for someone wanting to shine and work from home while making great money. Potential is there so if you are above average you will make above average pay. Commission pay varies depending on which position the driver is hired for. Commission pay info will be discussed during the interview process.Potential to make up to $70k yearly
