This role requires a creative and detail oriented designer skilled in producing high quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets. You will collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and leadership to bring concepts to life through visually appealing and consistent design work.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print platformsCreate designs for social media, websites, presentations, email campaigns, brochures, and marketing materialsEnsure brand consistency across all creative outputsCollaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaign requirementsProduce design drafts, revise layouts, and deliver final assets within deadlinesPrepare files for web and print productionStay updated on design trends, tools, and best practicesPresent concepts and design recommendations to internal teams or clientsMaintain organized libraries of design templates, assets, and creative resourcesQualifications & Skills:2 to 5+ years of proven experience as a graphic designerStrong portfolio showcasing digital and print design workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or other design toolsExcellent sense of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchyAbility to interpret briefs and convert ideas into visually engaging designsStrong attention to detail and commitment to high quality outputGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teamsTime management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlinesWork Arrangement & Expectations:Remote role requiring stable and reliable internet connectionFull-time schedule aligned with the client’s preferred time zoneClear and timely communication with team members and stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple design requests and prioritize effectivelyOpenness to feedback and ongoing revisions as part of the creative processAdherence to brand guidelines, confidentiality, and quality standards
