Director of Global Insights and Capabilities at Wasserman

• Be a thought leader to colleagues, clients and stakeholders • Manage the deployment of insights solutions and methodologies across teams to meet client needs. Serve as the resident expert on approach and application. • Identify and improve existing capabilities in a constant effort to stay at the forefront of global • insights. • Think creatively to push what’s possible with existing capabilities and/or vendor relationships in a constant effort to improve and find new and innovative ways to bring value to the organization and clients. Lead Wasserman vendor ecosystem. • Ensure the Global Insights client support structure and process is effective and efficient across our brands and property businesses, recommending resource and process enhancements as needed to maintain world class service and solutions. • Lead the capability innovation lifecycle – including identifying commercial opportunities, developing investment and business strategy to capture opportunities, developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for new capabilities and products. • Manage organizational training program that allows internal Wasserman teams to efficiently and effectively leverage and drive value from our portfolio of capabilities.
