Requirements and responsibilities


• Define the overall FREE NOW UK partnerships strategy, considering both large-scale, long-term strategic partners as well as tactical short-term partners to deliver on the UK’s business targets. • Partner with the global partnerships team to ensure the UK is seen as best in class within the organisation, and leading the way in terms of value contribution to the business. • Develop and execute strategic and product partnerships focused on customer acquisition. (Brand Partnerships, API Partnerships, Influencer Partnerships, CSR Partnerships) • Partner with CRM and Social teams to ensure partnerships are optimised through other marketing channels for maximum impact. (Includes loyalty programme). • Develop and execute strategic partnerships that will provide value to our driver base. (Insurance, Car Rentals, MOT, Car Servicing, Lifestyle Perks) • Work closely with the marketing and ops teams to ensure that all partnerships are on brand and deliver our brand marketing goals. • Own the partner relationship from end-to-end, from initial use case scoping, to commercial negotiations, final product launch and reporting results. • Lead cross-functional teams to deploy partnerships, including commercial, creative, legal, product, engineering, comms, support, etc. • Design and implement necessary analytics to measure and optimize partnerships. • Managing trials or specific partnership launches independently, analyzing success and managing iterations. • Lead all partnership related communications between yourself and the rest of the UK team. • Screening potential businesses through market analysis, deal requirements, potential and financial analyses
