SBDigital is seeking a paid, full-time Political Graphic Design Fellow for a 90-day paid fellowship with the potential to become a full-time Associate through the remainder of the election cycle. This fellowship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience designing creative for Democratic campaigns and progressive organizations across the country.The ideal candidate has a strong interest in graphic design and political digital marketing, is eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with the SBDigital design team to support the development of a wide range of creative assets used in high-impact campaigns.This is a 100% remote position.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the design and production of digital advertising creatives across platformsDesign social media graphics, email graphics, and fundraising visualsContribute to creative projects including infographics, logos, and marketing materialsAssist in the design of direct mail pieces and print collateralSupport updates and builds for campaign websites and landing pagesCollaborate with the design and accounts teams to execute creative aligned with campaign goalsPreferred Experience and QualificationsExperience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (required)Familiarity with Canva and Figma and additional Adobe Creative Suite tools such as After Effects, InDesign, or Premiere Pro is a plusInterest in or experience with WordPress website design and development, particularly using ElementorExposure to video editing, motion graphics, or animation is strongly preferredUnderstanding of social media platforms and digital content formatsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsTech-savvy, adaptable, and able to quickly learn new tools and workflowsComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentA passion for design and helping progressive causes winCompensation & Benefits$25 per hourUnlimited PTO + all paid national holidaysFlexible, collaborative, and mission-driven team environment100% RemoteTo ApplyPlease attach your resume, cover letter, and portfolio (if available).
