Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Lead with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Customer Service module), business analysis, and enterprise CRM implementations. This role requires hands-on experience in large-scale data migration, complex integrations, and delivering end-to-end CRM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutionsDesign and configure Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service module)Lead end-to-end CRM implementation including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deploymentManage large-scale data migration and data mapping from legacy systemsWork on integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, contact center platforms, and self-service portalsEnsure seamless data flow and system integration across enterprise applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and stakeholdersConduct user training and support adoption of CRM solutionsPrepare functional and technical documentationMust-Have Skills7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE functional implementationStrong experience in Customer Service moduleExpertise in business analysis and solution designHands-on experience in large-scale data migration and integrationsStrong SQL knowledge and experience with data mappingExperience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Understanding of telephony systems (IVR, CTI, contact center integrations)Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools and Azure DevOps (ADO)Preferred SkillsExperience in transportation or tolling domainExposure to SAP or enterprise ERP systemsKnowledge of ITIL / ITSM practicesQualifications (Preferred)MB-230, MB-910, PL-200, PL-600
