For more information, visit www.ShiftKey.com.The roleAs a Quality Assurance Specialist you'll safeguard the accuracy of ShiftKey's credentialing process. You'll audit a sample of the credential reviews completed by our Operations teams and third-party vendors, verifying that healthcare professionals' credentials are validated correctly and entered accurately into our systems. Beyond catching errors, you'll turn your findings into actionable insight - producing weekly reports on trends and recurring issues, partnering with team leads to guide coaching and performance, and recommending improvements to processes and training. If you're detail-driven, analytical, and have audited quality before, this one's for you.Monthly gross remuneration for this position ranges from PLN 7,000 to PLN 8,700 under an employment contract (CoE/umowa o pracę). Final compensation is determined based on experience and skill level.Where you'll workWe are looking for a candidate based in the Warsaw Metropolitan Area.
