Requirements and responsibilities

Remote Sales Agent – English Required Lambert is looking for motivated English-speaking Sales Agents to support creator accounts through online communication, relationship building, and digital sales. This is a full-time remote role for someone who is organized, fast at replying, and confident in written sales conversations. What you’ll do: * Manage daily conversations with online subscribers. * Build trust and keep users engaged through personalized messages. * Present paid digital offers in a natural and professional way. * Identify high-value users and prioritize conversations effectively. * Maintain fast response times during your shift. * Share useful feedback to help improve sales and account performance. What we’re looking for: * Strong written English, C1 level or higher. * Sales or negotiation skills. * Fast typing speed. * Empathy, creativity, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple chats at once. * Accountability, consistency, and willingness to improve. Previous experience in online sales, customer support, creator management, or chat-based sales is a plus, but not required. Compensation: * $2/hour * 5% commission * Performance bonuses * Remote work * Training provided * Top performers can earn up to $1.5k-2,000/month Commitment: This is a full-time position requiring at least 40 hours per week. We are looking for serious applicants who can stay consistent and perform during their scheduled shifts.
