Position Overview: - We are seeking a detail-oriented Production / Junior Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in packaging and print production. - This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for layout and typography, and understands the technical side of preparing files for production. - You will support the creative team in executing high-quality design assets while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and productionize packaging artwork for print, including cartons, labels, and component decoration. - Create and update mechanicals, dielines, and prepress-ready files. - Ensure all artwork meets printer/vendor specifications (color profiles, bleeds, trims, etc.). - Execute layout design for marketing collateral such as brochures, inserts, displays, and retail graphics. - Manage versioning, revisions, and file organization across multiple SKUs and product lines. - Collaborate with designers, marketing, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and project goals. - Review proofs to ensure color accuracy and quality standards. - Maintain brand consistency across all materials. Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on print and packaging production. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro). - Solid understanding of print production processes, color management (CMYK/Pantone), and file setup. - Experience working with dielines, packaging structures, and vendor specs. - High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. - Familiarity with packaging materials, finishes (foil, emboss, spot UV), and sustainability considerations. - Basic retouching or image editing skills. - Experience with digital asset management systems.
