Sindhi Language Expertmicro1 is hiring 10 Sindhi Language Experts to create and evaluate Sindhi-language data for LLM training and multilingual tasks. You will write prompts, edit content, and judge model outputs for fluency, grammar, script accuracy, and cultural fit. This is precision language work for native or near-native Sindhi speakers with strong writing and editing skills.What you will doWrite and adapt Sindhi prompts, instructions, dialogues, and Q&A for tasks like summarization, translation, and reasoningEdit and revise Sindhi content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, register, and natural phrasing in both Perso-Arabic and Devanagari scripts as requiredEvaluate AI outputs for morphology, syntax, agreement, semantics, and pragmatics against style guidesBuild and annotate training datasets: parallel text, paraphrases, minimal pairs, and labeled examples with metadataDocument edge cases, dialect/register variation including standard vs regional forms, and failure modes to improve rubricsRequirementsNative or near-native Sindhi + fluent English with strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and natural phrasingProven writing and editing experience with attention to script accuracy, consistency, and quality standardsStrong attention to detail for consistent labeling, formatting, and style guide adherence at scaleClear written communication for notes, feedback, and documentationComfort with spreadsheets and labeling tools for high-volume, deadline-driven workBonusKnowledge of other Indo-Aryan languages, corpus linguistics, or prior RLHF/LLM feedback workComp & details$50-$85/hour based on task complexity and expertise.10 openings.Remote-first with flexible hours.Ongoing dataset and evaluation work.To applyShare your CV, language background + script proficiency, and 1-2 examples of writing or editing work with your QC approach.
