You will be employed by Lyra Clinical Associates.About the RoleThe Lyra Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program provides comprehensive DBT for adults and adolescents. Both the adult and adolescent programs involve weekly individual therapy, weekly DBT skills training groups, and weekly consultation team meetings for DBT therapists. All Lyra DBT clients also have 24/7 access to a team of licensed clinicians who have been trained in DBT skills coaching for around the clock support.As a Lyra DBT Therapist, you’ll provide individual DBT, multifamily skills groups, and parenting and family sessions for adolescents and their parents, as well as individual DBT and DBT skills groups as needed for adult clients. You’ll also assign DBT-relevant digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients to enhance learnings and monitor outcomes between sessions. Lyra's clients come from a multitude of backgrounds and experiences, and have varying needs and abilities. We strive to continue to meet their unique needs by delivering culturally responsive care—an approach that accounts for the impact of cultural backgrounds on each person’s care experience.Our therapists enjoy connecting with their colleagues who share a passion for providing evidence-based care. You’ll attend weekly consultation team meetings as well as one-on-one consultation meetings with an expert DBT team lead, co-lead DBT skills groups with other DBT providers, and attend robust trainings to enhance your clinical skills.
