Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a Magento Automation QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce-based e-commerce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing, API validation, CI/CD integration, and end-to-end testing of e-commerce workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks for Magento 2 applications.Automate and validate frontend and backend workflows including product pages, cart, checkout, and order management.Test marketplace functionalities such as seller onboarding, product synchronization, order lifecycle, and commission flows.Perform API testing for Magento REST APIs and third-party integrations.Execute regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.Collaborate with development teams to ensure test coverage and defect resolution.Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.Identify performance bottlenecks and ensure application stability.Maintain test documentation, test cases, and execution reports.Required Skills3–6 years of QA Automation experience.Strong hands-on experience with Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce testing.Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress.Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python.Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.Good understanding of Magento architecture, modules, checkout flows, and APIs.Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.Knowledge of MySQL and database testing.Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and test design techniques.Good to HaveAdobe Commerce Cloud (ACC) experience.Exposure to marketplace or multi-vendor platforms.Performance testing using JMeter or k6.Experience with Docker and cloud environments.Familiarity with Knockout.js-based Magento frontend workflows.What We're Looking ForStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ownership mindset with a focus on quality and delivery.Someone who can build scalable QA automation systems, not just execute tests.Immediate joiners only.
