As we scale, we’re investing heavily in the systems, automation, and operational infrastructure that power a modern go-to-market organization.About the RoleWe are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to support the growth of our dental laboratory services. This remote role supports the outside sales team by managing Salesforce activity, following up with leads and accounts, preparing contracts and sales materials, coordinating onboarding, and helping move opportunities through the sales process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys supporting sales efforts, building relationships with dental offices, and keeping follow-up and account activity organized.What You’ll DoSupport outside sales representatives by managing follow-up tasks, account updates, and sales activity in Salesforce/CRMEnter, update, and track leads, opportunities, contacts, and account information to ensure accurate pipeline visibilityFollow up with prospective and existing dental office accounts by phone and email to move opportunities through the sales processPrepare, send, and track contracts, proposals, sales materials, and onboarding documentationCoordinate communication between outside sales representatives, dental offices, customer service, and production teamsAssist with new account onboarding, including explaining lab procedures, case submission steps, digital workflows, and service expectationsRespond to dental office questions regarding services, case submissions, scheduling, and account supportHelp outside sales representatives prepare for meetings by compiling account notes, reports, follow-up items, and relevant sales materialsSupport sales campaigns, promotions, territory outreach, and reactivation efforts for inactive or prospective accountsMaintain timely documentation of calls, emails, next steps, and account status in Salesforce/CRMMonitor open opportunities and help ensure appropriate follow-up occurs after meetings, demos, events, and marketing campaignsPartner with internal teams to help ensure smooth handoffs, timely case coordination, and a positive customer experienceWhat You’ll BringPrevious inside sales or administrative support in the dental industry is strongly preferredProven ability to communicate confidently and close sales opportunities effectivelyStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent phone, communication, and customer service abilitiesKnowledge of dental laboratory services or dental office workflows is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general office softwareAbility to work independently and collaboratively with sales and production teamsBonus if you have:Dental laboratory experienceExperience supporting field or outside sales representativesFamiliarity with digital dentistry and intraoral scanning workflowsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary of $50,000-$60,000Bonus potential of up to 20%Medical, dental, and vision benefitsUnlimited Paid Time OffEquity consideration401K with company matchPaid training and career development opportunitiesWhy IncisivePE-backed company with strong market traction and rapid growthOpportunity to architect and scale the operational foundation of the businessHigh-ownership role with visibility across the executive teamWork alongside experienced operators in healthcare, technology, and revenue operationsBuild systems and processes that directly shape the next stage of company growth
