Our teams are empowered to make a meaningful impact on patient care while growing in a fast-paced and supportive environment.Support Executive – IHA (In-Home Assessment)Role OverviewAdvantmed is seeking highly organized and detail-driven (Remote) Support Executives to support our In-Home Assessment (IHA) operations. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative workflows, member activities, and provider visit logistics to ensure smooth field execution.This role is heavily focused on coordination, data accuracy, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Work ScheduleShift Hours: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST / 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM PSTWeekend Coverage: Occasional (1-2 weekends per month, as needed)Key ResponsibilitiesManage administrative workflows for member activitiesCoordinate pre-visit preparation, routing, and post pre-visit documentationProcess and manage:Member letters and communication workflowsTask routing and internal queuesSupport provider-related operations, including:Visit coordination logisticsGift card tracking and handling processesPerform routing and scheduling support for onshore provider visits using mapping toolsMaintain accurate records, trackers, and system updatesAssist in payroll preparation activitiesEnsure timely task completion while maintaining high data accuracy standardsRequirementsRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in administrative support, dispatching, or customer service rolesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applicationsExperience using routing/navigation tools (e.g., MapQuest, Google Maps)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environmentComfortable working early morning PST hoursPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in a healthcare or medical environmentFamiliarity with care coordination or provider operations workflowsExperience handling sensitive data in a HIPAA-compliant environmentCore CompetenciesDetail orientation and accuracyTime management and prioritizationProcess adherence and accountabilityStrong coordination and communication skillsAdaptability in a fast-paced, remote work environmentWork Environment & RequirementsFully remote role within the U.S.Stable internet connection requiredAbility to work designated PST hours consistentlyBenefitsCompensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.)Company-provided laptop and external monitor
