By blending deep expertise with localized infrastructure, Dadosfera provides a powerful, efficient tool that optimizes corporate data management and drives data-driven transformation.About the JobWe are looking for a Data Analyst to work on the development and evolution of BI analytical solutions, with a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset.This professional will play an important role in defining and applying analytical best practices and will have the opportunity to grow into a technical leadership position based on performance and professional development.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models, ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability of information;Contribute to defining and applying BI and Analytics standards and best practices, supporting the organization and scalability of solutions;Design and improve data models and analytical layers, ensuring metric consistency and governance;Participate in the development and optimization of analytical pipelines, data integrations, and ETL/ELT processes in partnership with Data Engineering;Apply automation and AI-based solutions throughout the analytics cycle, including the use of LLMs, agents, and intelligent insight-generation processes;Support technical reviews of deliverables, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring adherence to best practices;Collaborate in planning, prioritizing, and executing BI demands end-to-end;Explore new technologies, test new approaches, and propose continuous improvements in the analytical environment;Work closely with business areas, product teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions;Demonstrate a mindset of continuous learning, autonomy, and the development of technical leadership skills.Minimum QualificationsSolid experience (minimum of 3 years) in BI, Analytics, Data Engineering, or related fields;Strong proficiency in SQL and solid knowledge of data modeling (dimensional and relational);Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar platforms;Experience with analytical pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integrations;Knowledge of Python for analysis, automation, and data processing;Familiarity with practical AI applications in Analytics, including LLMs and automation;Strong analytical skills, organization, and effective communication for collaborative work;Proactive and adaptable profile, with interest in technical growth and professional development;Experience working closely with Data Engineering teams and business areas.Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud environments;Knowledge of DataOps, MLOps, or data governance;Experience with data orchestration and transformation tools such as Airflow and dbt;Intermediate English proficiency for technical reading and professional communication;Experience in technology companies, digital products, or startup environments.At Dadosfera, we celebrate diversity in all its forms and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment every day.
