This role sits at the intersection of sales support, process, and systems, and is ideal for someone who combines a solid technical foundation with an instinct for partnership. You build trust quickly with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and move fluidly between systems troubleshooting, process improvement, and day-to-day sales support.WHAT YOU'LL DOServe as the primary point of contact for sales reps navigating quoting, pricing, and deal structure questions - guiding them through the full quote-to-contract process with patience and clarityTroubleshoot and resolve CPQ and Ironclad issues, including pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflowsTriage and resolve incoming RevOps requests across Tier 1 and Tier 2 - from flow errors and user access issues to account merges and opportunity correctionsSupport onboarding and enablement of new sales reps across the full go-to-market tech stack including Salesforce, CPQ, Ironclad, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfoAudit closed opportunities and contract data to ensure accuracy across CPQ, Salesforce, and downstream systems like NetSuite - flagging discrepancies before they surface in renewals or financeOwn data hygiene initiatives including duplicate management, field cleanup, enrichment, and pipeline integrityBuild and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, and custom objects to support evolving business processes and data integrityManage user setup, permissions, and access across Salesforce and the go-to-market tech stack including Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Ironclad - including ongoing administration and optimization of these tools as the business evolvesTroubleshoot system errors and integration issues - identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and knowing when to escalatePartner with the broader RevOps team on automation improvements, system enhancements, and rollout of new capabilitiesWHAT YOU'LL BRINGBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.2-4+ years of experience administering or supporting CRM systems, with intermediate Salesforce administration experience a mustExperience building and maintaining Salesforce flows, validation rules, and custom objects - comfortable enough to troubleshoot independentlyExperience with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ or similar) and/or contract lifecycle management tools like Ironclad preferredHands-on familiarity with sales productivity tools such as Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfoEnjoyment of working cross functionally - patient, clear communicator who can translate technical concepts into plain languageStrong attention to detail and a sense of ownership over data accuracyComfort managing a high volume of varied requests and triaging by urgency and business impactFamiliarity with AI tools and an interest in using them to work more efficientlyWhy join usAt AbsenceSoft, we LEAD with our values:Lead with Innovation - We create meaningful change through intelligence, focus and passion. This position is also eligible for annual bonus.
