Requirements and responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders to extract requirements, scope, and compliance criteria.Develop solutioning approaches and map requirements to suitable technology stacks.Prepare complete proposal responses, including technical writeups and supporting documentation.Draw high-level solution architecture diagrams, workflows, and deployment models.Highlight differentiators, innovations, and value propositions relevant to each engagement.Ensure proposals align with government standards, security requirements, and best practices.Areas of ExpertiseThis role covers proposals across diverse engagement types, including:Custom Software Development & System IntegrationApplication Support & Managed ServicesOutsourcing & Staff AugmentationAI, Data & Analytics SolutionsEnterprise Platforms ( Dynamics, SAP, OutSystems.. )Infrastructure & Cloud (On-Prem / Hybrid / Multi-Cloud) EnablementRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, or solution engineering.Strong technical knowledge across enterprise IT stacks (.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, Cloud & On-Prem models).Ability to design and communicate solution architectures through diagrams and visuals.Excellent technical writing and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).Familiarity with GCC government RFPs and enterprise-level tendering processes is highly desirable.
