We run full-service digital marketing for a portfolio of US small and mid-sized businesses. You are the person who makes our clients look great online, get found on Google, and convert visitors into customers. You own the full execution stack: SEO, website upkeep, content creation, graphics, and video. You use AI tools to handle 80%+ of the execution volume and your judgment for the 20% that makes it exceptional. No two weeks look the same. You might be running a technical SEO audit on Monday, writing a blog post Tuesday, editing a podcast clip Wednesday, designing an infographic Thursday, and deploying a website update Friday. Responsibilities:
- Run comprehensive SEO audits covering technical, on-page, and off-page gaps and deliver ranked action plans for each client.
- Execute technical SEO fixes: site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and crawlability.
- Own on-page optimization: titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking across all client sites.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis; deliver regular ranking reports.
- Build off-page authority through link-building outreach and citation management.
- Manage local SEO: Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, and map pack rankings.
- Maintain client websites on WordPress — security updates, plugin management, backups, and performance monitoring.
- Execute website migrations between platforms or hosts.
- Integrate third-party tools, forms, widgets, and services into client sites.
- Make light front-end edits: copy updates, image swaps, layout tweaks.
- Plan and manage content calendars and editorial schedules across multiple clients.
- Write and publish SEO-optimized blog content for US business audiences — researched, on-brand, conversion-aware.
- Support podcast production: editing, show notes, and distribution.
- Script, edit, and repurpose video content for social across multiple client brands.
- Design infographics for blogs, social, and client presentations.
- Create illustrations and custom visual assets.
- Retouch and edit photography for web and marketing use.
- Produce UI/UX mockups and website wireframes.
- Design packaging mockups and brand materials.
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar) to handle 80%+ of execution — your judgment powers the 20% that makes it exceptional.
Requirements:
- WordPress admin-level proficiency; basic HTML/CSS is a strong plus.
- Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush or Ahrefs experience.
- Design tool fluency — Canva at minimum, Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Video editing experience: CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent.
- Podcast editing and distribution experience.
- Strong written English at B2 CEFR or above — you will write directly for US audiences.
- AI-native workflow — you use AI tools regularly, not occasionally.
- Medellín-based or able to work in-person part of the week.
