This is an entry-level, 100% remote, full-time position ideal for someone eager to grow in an operations environment by handling task-based responsibilities with reliability and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow documented processes and SOPs to complete daily operational tasks accurately and on time.Perform data entry and maintain organized, up-to-date records.Upload, label, and organize files in Google Drive following established folder structures.Handle routine email communication with clients and vendors using pre-defined templates and guidelines.Assist with basic internal reporting by compiling and formatting data as directed.Other similar or related tasks.RequirementsFluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.1 – 2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a related role.Comfortable working with minimal supervision and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Ability to make light decisions and adapt to partially documented or evolving workflows.Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools is a plus.Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.BenefitsOur Core Values at WorkWe live by ACTION (get things done), CARE (help others and do things right), OUTSTANDING (operate at the highest standards), DEPENDABLE (own every commitment), and ENERGY (bring positivity every day).
