FastDAS is looking for a hungry, honest, coachable Business Development / Partner Outreach Specialist to help us grow commercial opportunities across VA / MD / DC.
Specialization:
- We specialize in commercial wireless solutions, including DAS, ERCES, BDA, public-safety radio coverage, neutral host DAS, RF troubleshooting, and in-building cellular coverage for hard-to-cover properties.
Requirements:
- You do not need to be a DAS engineer.
- You do need to show up on time, tell the truth, follow through, stay organized, make calls, send outreach, track your work, and handle rejection like a professional.
The Mission:

Target Outreach:
- General contractors.
- Property managers.
- Developers.
- Fire alarm contractors.
- Low-voltage contractors.
- MEP firms.
- Facility managers.
- Commercial building owners.
- Referral partners.
Responsibilities:
- Build targeted prospect lists.
- Reach out by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Follow up consistently.
- Identify referral partners.
- Book qualified discovery calls.
- Track all activity in CRM/spreadsheet.
- Bring FastDAS leadership into technical conversations when needed.
Work Arrangement Details:
- This is a mostly remote role.
- VA / MD / DC local candidates are strongly preferred.
- Most work can be done remotely, but occasional in-person meetings, networking events, partner introductions, or site visits may be needed.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-heavy role built for someone who wants upside.
- $1,000/month base retainer to start.
- 10–15 hours/week.
- $100–$150 per qualified completed meeting.
- 15%–20% gross-profit commission on paid assessments.
- Tiered gross-profit commission on larger projects.
- Commission is paid only after client payment is collected and the opportunity is properly documented.
