We are hiring a highly product-focused Fullstack Developer to take complete technical ownership of our marketing and conversion systems. You will be the architect and primary builder for everything related to user acquisition and revenue generation—from first click to subscription.This is a high-impact role where your code directly translates to business metrics, focusing on dynamic funnel optimization, pricing strategies, A/B testing, and comprehensive analytics implementation.What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)Your primary focus will be on driving conversion across web and native platforms:Conversion Funnel Ownership: Design, develop, and own all B2C conversion assets, including dynamic pricing pages, registration funnels (which includes the web view funnel and native flows), and complex checkout flows.Rapid Iteration & Experimentation (CRO): Implement a high-velocity experimentation framework to allow for rapid A/B testing of funnel logic, pricing variations, questionnaire changes, designs, and animations.Advanced Analytics & Data Flow: Implement and maintain robust, server-side event tracking, ensuring high data quality and integrity for critical marketing systems.Marketing Integrations: Manage deep integrations with our marketing partners (e.g., AppsFlyer), advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Conversions API, Google Ads), and business intelligence tools.Data Warehousing: Ensure all necessary event data is accurately captured and routed to our internal data warehouse (BigQuery) for reporting and business analysis.Product Collaboration: Work directly with Marketing and Product teams to translate growth strategies into scalable, performant, and reliable code.User Communication & Notifications: Own the technical implementation, delivery, and integration of user notification systems (push, in-app messaging, and email hooks) to support re-engagement and lifecycle marketing efforts.Our StackFrontend: React, React NativeBackend: Node.js, MongoDBInfrastructure: AWS (ECS, S3, EC2)Tools: GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted workflows, various marketing/analytics platforms.Key Requirements4–5+ years of fullstack development experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2C environment.Strong expertise in React and React Native with a keen eye for front-end performance optimization and UI/UX designed for conversion.Solid backend skills with Node.js and MongoDB for supporting APIs that power dynamic funnels and handle server-side tracking.Mandatory: Deep, demonstrable experience with marketing event tracking, pixels, and server-side integrations (e.g., Facebook CAPI, Google Analytics, GTM).Comfort working with RESTful APIs and managing end-to-end features.Experience deploying to AWS (ECS, S3, EC2).Strong product intuition and a proven ownership mindset for high-value features.Bonus SkillsPrior experience building and maintaining A/B testing/experimentation frameworks (e.g., Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, in-house tools).CI/CD, A/B testing frameworksExperience querying or managing data flow into BigQuery (BQ).Familiarity with Angular or other legacy frontend frameworks.Python or scripting for backend tools and data processing.
