We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. Partners light up after the first demo; now we need someone who can turn that spark into repeatable growth. You’ll own Reflow’s go-to-market engine: Strategy, execution, and everything in between.What you’ll doProblem: They're searching for a repeatable GTM motion to bring their product to enterprise buyers, and are looking to run as many experiments as possible to find it.Specifically, you'll:Run rapid experiments across different combinations of ICP, messaging, and channelRun some tests yourself end-to-end, and for others rely on their outside agency partners to execute. Their agencies handle:Cold callingEmail outboundLinkedin outboundHelp them bring on additional growth and agency partners to do more parallel experimentationAnalyze test results across calls, CRM data, and lead lists to identify what's working and notWork directly with the founder to shape and prioritize the testing roadmapWho you areBeen a growth "hacker", or other similar experiment-focused growth leader, that can devise, run, and measure experiments rapidlyA product marketing skillset that can identify the right ICP, messaging, and channel combosExperience in early-stage, VC-backed B2B startups that sold to mid-market and enterprise buyersHighly analytical and data-orientedComfortable working on an hourly basis (not retainer), tracking your hours, and moving with efficiencyNice-to-haves:Former founderExperience handling outreach execution yourself vs. relying on othersWorked with highly technical or data-heavy enterprise productsWhy joinBe a founding GTM hire at Reflow, building the foundation for how we grow, learn, and sell.Work directly with the founder, influence product and market direction, and have ownership over every step of our customer journey.Compensation:We offer competitive pay based on the market and where you’re located.
