This role requires clinicians committed to professional excellence, operational accountability, and maintaining consistent therapeutic relationships that support positive client outcomes.Our therapists operate with a high degree of professional autonomy while adhering to established clinical, operational, and compliance standards. The role requires strong time management, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to maintain an active and stable caseload while meeting productivity expectations.
