Our park offers a range of amenities and services, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests.We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an RV Park Guest Services Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including reservation management, resident follow-ups, customer service, marketing initiatives, and outreach to potential partners.ResponsibilitiesLearn and proficiently use reservation software (Firefly Reservations) to manage bookings and ensure accurate record-keeping.Follow up with residents who have incomplete checklist items, record necessary data such as license plates, site services agreements, rent payments, and background checks.Answer phones during after-hours shifts, primarily from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM CST, and weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sundays CST.Manage online listings on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook, promptly responding to inquiries and emails to facilitate bookings and address customer concerns.Develop and execute Facebook advertising campaigns within a specified budget, including creating and running ads, conducting A/B tests, and responding to inquiries generated through these ads.Utilize off-time to reach out to RV park owners from a provided database, fostering partnerships and exploring collaboration opportunities.QualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Flexibility to work shifting scheduleFamiliarity with online advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact professionally with residents and team membersStrong customer service orientation, focusing on resident satisfactionSkill in addressing resident concerns and handling inquiries promptlyAttention to detail for accurate resident data recording and effective advertising campaignsPreferred experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fieldsExperience in RV park or property management (ex.
