Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture strategic alliances with technology vendors, consulting organizations, and enterprise customers. - Identify and create new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market outreach. - Build and manage channel partnerships, reseller networks, and referral programs. - Deliver engaging product demonstrations and business presentations to prospective clients. - Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to expand market reach and brand presence. - Own the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation through successful deal closure. - Represent FirstCron at industry events, webinars, and business forums. - Strengthen relationships within the HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, Oracle HCM, ERP, SaaS, and AI ecosystems.
