You will work closely with our VP Finance & People, a hands-on FP&A leader who will invest in your development and give you real ownership as you grow into the role. This is a company-wide position: you will contribute to financial reporting, planning, and business partnering across all functions.ResponsibilitiesFinancial ReportingContribute to internal financial reporting, including monthly management packs and performance updates for the leadership teamSupport the preparation of board-level financial materials: clear, accurate, and decision-readyHelp build and maintain reporting frameworks that give the business a reliable view of its financial healthPlanning & ForecastingContribute to the annual budgeting process and rolling forecastsBuild and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-makingTrack performance against plan and flag risks and opportunitiesDevelop an understanding of our AI compute cost structure, a core driver of our unit economics, and reflect it accurately in modelsContribute to financial modeling of our revenue streams and help track business model evolutionWork with commercial and product teams to maintain revenue forecasts grounded in operational realityQualifications4-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management consultingSolid financial modeling skills: you are comfortable building and working with structured modelsStrong analytical skills and strong communication: you turn data into clear narratives, and you can explain difficult concepts in plain terms to any audience, in writing or in conversationA high bar for accuracy: you know the devil is in the details, and you have a talent for catching errors before they matterHungry to learn: you ask good questions, seek feedback, and want to grow quicklyAn entrepreneurial mindset: you like challenges, you are comfortable getting hands-on, and you thrive in environments where things are still being figured outSome experience or strong appetite for business partnering: you enjoy working with people outside of finance, translating numbers into decisions, and contributing to cross-functional conversationsBackground in startup, scale-up, or consulting, ideally a mixNice to haveTech sector experienceWorking knowledge of accounting concepts, enough to collaborate effectively with an accounting teamFamiliarity with AI tools and comfort integrating them into day-to-day analytical workWhy Inato?Our mission is to make clinical trials more accessible and inclusive.
