This role is responsible for managing open cases, coordinating caregiver schedules, and ensuring all shifts are fully staffed efficiently and accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate caregiver staffing and availabilityManage daily open cases and shift coverageUse HHAX reports, Smart Maps, and internal systems for schedulingCommunicate with caregivers via TextusReview patient details, duties, and caregiver expectationsUpdate schedules, calendars, and staffing records accuratelyStaff 15–20 cases daily in a high-volume environmentRequirementsFluent in Spanish & EnglishExperience in staffing, scheduling, coordination, or home care preferredStrong communication and multitasking skillsComfortable handling high outbound call/text volumeTech-savvy and detail-orientedAbility to thrive under pressure and meet deadlinesMust-HavesDedicated remote workspaceLaptop/PC (Core i5+)Noise-cancelling headsetBackup power source & mobile hotspotReliable internet connectionPerksLong-term contract with one dedicated clientStable remote opportunitySupportive and performance-driven environmentIf you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced coordination roles, we’d love to hear from you!
